Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting my small art business! I take great pride in the handmade artwork I create and ship, and I want to ensure you're happy with your purchase. Please review the following policy regarding refunds and exchanges.

Refunds for Damaged Items

I carefully package each item to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide photos of the damage and the packaging, and I will offer you a full refund or replacement for the damaged item.

Refunds for Customers in the United Kingdom

Due to UK consumer protection laws, I am required to offer a refund for items purchased by customers in the United Kingdom, even if they are not damaged. If you are in the UK and would like to request a refund, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received, I will process your refund.

No Refunds or Exchanges for Other Countries

For customers outside the United Kingdom, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged during shipping. All sales are final for customers outside of the UK. Please ensure you’ve carefully reviewed your order before finalizing the purchase.

How to Request a Refund for Damaged Items

If your item is damaged, please reach out to me via email at killingzoesart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following details in your email:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging

  • A brief description of the damage

Once I’ve received the necessary information, I will process your refund as quickly as possible.
