Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with me! I am committed to providing you with high-quality, handmade art pieces and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please read the shipping policy below for more details on processing times, shipping options, and costs.

Processing Time

Blank items with no customizations are processed within 2-7 business days. Custom orders are processed within 4-8 weeks. Please note that all items are handmade, which may result in different processing times. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended, but I will keep you updated on any delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of the items in your order. You can view the shipping cost before completing your purchase at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–10 business days (depending on your location).

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2–5 business days (available at checkout for an additional cost).

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary by location (typically 7–21 business days).

Shipping Providers

I use trusted shipping carriers like USPS for domestic and international shipments. The carrier will be selected based on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the size of the package.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. I am not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. If you have provided the wrong shipping address and the item has already been delivered, I cannot grant a full refund or replacement. 

International Orders

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred at the destination. These charges are determined by the customs authority in the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Damaged Items

While I take great care in packaging and shipping your order, accidents can happen. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order so I can resolve the issue. If damaged, please have photos of the item and the packaging ready. I will work with the carrier to file a claim and ensure you receive either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. If more than 7 days has passed since delivery, the window to receive a replacement or refund has closed. 

Please note that I do not accept returns or exchanges on non-damaged items. All sales are final.
